Research
Interest: With Penn State
for over 25 years serving as project director for hundreds of applied research
projects. Specializing in projects with
public sector organizations and community groups. Current major projects include Long Term Care
Needs Assessment and Fiscal Impact Study for the PA Dept of Public Welfare;
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal Setting and Supportive Services
Assistance for the PA Dept of Transportation; Economic Development Research and
Accredited Training for the International Economic Development Council.
University
and Community Service: Serve as
co-chair of the University’s GIS Council and member of the Thematic Initiative
Fund Review Committee on Workforce and Economic Development. Serve on the PSH Blue Sky Committee.
Serve
as vice-chair on the Harrisburg
area New Baldwin Corridor Coalition Steering Committee.
Education: Graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Penn State
and undergraduate degree in Economics from Towson
State University
in Baltimore, Maryland.
