COMMUNICATION Communication outside class is crucial to student’s learning process. In addition to official office hour, most students find it very helpful if the instructor can be easily contacted by online communication. PSU webmail and ANGEL communication features (announcement, chatroom, and discussion board) are the technologies that enable easy access to the instructor (as long as the instructor replies in a timely manner). However, online communication is more suitable for quick questions that do not require very long explanation. Below are some snapshots of online communication used in this course:
