Louis Gray is so right. If we do not supply information because there is "too much information" then we are definitely going to be left out. We need to be doing more in my opinion about being relevant. Same-old-same-old with new tools is not going to help. Being open and responsive is key. We got to "be the ball" more.

Thanks for the link. I am saving Louis Gray quote for further educational efforts.
