            Undergraduate Assistant - PSU Department of Nutritional Sciences – University Park, PA – 2001 – Present

            Duties Include:  Maintaining and troubleshooting over 140 computer systems in the Department, purchasing and installing new computer systems, maintaining the  Department web site including maintenance of the web server, setting up AV equipment for meetings and departmental speakers, training faculty and staff on the proper use of audiovisual equipment, scheduling appointments, assisting faculty with general office work, assisting Nutrition Undergraduate students with course scheduling, answering the telephone, and performing other numerous diverse tasks that facilitate intradepartmental operation.

            Duties Included: Building and configuring new PC's for customers, troubleshooting and repairing PC's for customers, providing telephone technical support to customers, functioning as a cashier, substituting as needed as shipping and receiving clerk.

            Duties Included: Translating files from MS Word documents to HTML, building web page forms for use on the company Intranet, performing other Internet and Intranet-related tasks.
