Pennsylvania State University: Nanofabrication Facility at
Innovation Park
Events: May 5 - 7, 2004
- Hands-on Nanofabrication Workshop for Educators
 |
The Nanofabrication Facility is exploiting new
techniqiues to creating new applications with specail characteristics
that do not exist today.
Therefore,
The research of today will impact our future,
and the future will show the path to evolution.
Are you ready for the future?

Background: The Nanofabrication Facility at Innovation
Park, Pennsylvania State University, is a 32 million dollar facility,
which was established to offer graduate students and professors high-tech
tools to research and promote the rapidly growing field of nanotechnology.
The researchers at the Nanofabrication Facility are researching many
fields of nanotechnology, the most known fields are the following;
1. Fuel Cells
2. Top-down nanofabrication
3. Bottom-up nanofabrication
4. Lithography (Soft, E-beam, and Photon)
Note: There are many more fields being researched
at the Nanofabrication Institute, the list above onl;y mentions some
of the well-know fields.
