Peter J. Brown

My name is Peter Johnson Brown. I am the son of Robert and Janet Brown. Though I used to tell the other kids on the school bus I was from Saturn, I now consider myself to be from Friendswood, Texas, where I graduated from high school. I served for two years as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Frankfurt, Germany. I am married to the wonderful Rachel Anne Johnson Brown, and we are expecting our first child around the end of January. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astronomy. Currently, I am a graduate student at Penn State University working toward a PhD in Astronomy and Astrophysics.
