Captain Joseph Adams made his will Jan 20, 1717 and died two days later. He
makes mention of his wife Mary, his sons, Samuel, Joseph, Benjamin and Jonas
and his daughters Esther, Mary, Rebecca, Sybil, and Hannah; the widow to be
the executrix. On April 26, 1733, a committee divided the lands of the late
Capt. Joseph Adams.
