[204] HEZEKIAH FLETCHER
[205] Hezekiah, along with his older brothers had been gifted land by his father. Hezekiah received his share inApril 1702. He also signed a petition for a grant of a township at Nashoba (Littleton) 30 May 1711.
[206] He was sued for debt in 1721, 1723/4 and 1732. He was sued for trespass in 1709/10 and in 1719 and brought into court for not attending public worship in 1721, 1727, and 1729.
[207] He sold the land deeded to him by his father. There are no probate records for he and his wife.
[208]
Hezekiah, apparently, was not liked by his father-in-law Abraham Wood (who should not be confused with Abraham Wood of Concord & Stow, Mass.) since Abraham's will mentions his daughter Mary Fletcher but states "my will is that her said husband shall
not have any ordering of the said money."
