My name is Ashley Gruber. I was born march 12, 1989 in Burton, Ohio.  I have lived there my whole life and attended Berkshire High school.  I graduated in 2007 and was in the top of my class.  Along with classes I participated in softball, basketball, was a member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society.

I made the decision to further my education at Miami University.
I went in undecided, stayed two semesters and made the decision to transfer to Penn State Behrend. Graduating with only 120 students, I was from a smaller school setting and that’s what I wanted to continue.  Coming to Behrend I declared my major as Computer Engineering.

Transferring not only created a better learning environment for me it also let me continue my love for being part of a team and playing softball.
I am a member of the varsity team at Behrend.  Recently the team just won the conference tournament to get a bid into the NCAA tournament.  This season I also got the honor of winning 2nd team conference at third base.

Here is my resume, listing more about my education.
