I started working at Education Technology Services (ETS) as their part-time Macintosh Technical Support in 1998 while attending school a Penn State. After I graduated in Dec. of 2000 I moved to Hershey to work as Mac support for their Medical Center. I then went to work for Apple as as Mac Genius at their Short Hills, NJ retail store  After a year in retail I returned to Penn State/ETS as their Systems Administrator and after a few departmental transitional changes, I am now an Analyst and constant for Education Technology Services (ETS).  This job has me wearing many hats and iTunes U at Penn State and podcasting are the Sombrero's of my hat collection.
