The conceptual framework at Penn State organizes teaching into five nodes. Although these nodes are listed as distinct, they are all interrelated.
Our preservice student experience enables us to achieve the desired outcomes in the following domains of teaching:

2. Facilitating learning with understanding while teaching
3. Reflecting on teaching for understanding
4. Maintaining professional responsibilities
