Residence Hall Association

(RHA)

RHA is an elected board of students which acts as the official governing body of the University Residence Hall community as the parent organization for the individual hall governments.  RHA works to address the needs and concerns of students in the Residence Halls, to support individual governments and to provide resources for programming.  RHA primarily works as a programming board to provide activities for the residents of Wittenberg. RHA sponsors events such as Playfair, Casino Night, Student Exam Survival Kits, and many other fun things!

I was a member of RHA for 2 years and held one leadership position

Floor Representative - attended Tower Hall meetings and assisted in hall programming and fundraising

Executive President  - advised and supervised the coordination of RHA events, RHA management, budgeting, and distribution of funds to support hall activities, helped with residence hall policy review, development, and implementations

Programs I planned while I was a member of RHA was the annual Formal Dance, Casino Night, and Playfair.  I assisted in registered students for finals, stress relief baskets, and I helped manage a budget of approximately $20,000.
