In addition to instructing fitness classes, running a fitness program and training clients, Garrigan also works part time as a motivation and educational speaker. Her workshops range from lectures on health and fitness issues to activity-bases sessions that include movement and demonstration. Below is a list of the current workshops. Working Women/Wonder Woman: It seems that every year your calendar becomes fuller, you days more hectic and your weekends more dedicated to "catching up". This workshop is for you. It focuses on why you must provide yourself with time to exercise. Jill will show you how to make exercise work in the busy lives of women. Balancing full-time employment, completing a degree, and being a wife and mother, Jill knows first hand the importance of exercise to
well-being.

Squeezing Exercise into a Busy Lifestyle: This session will give you strategies for fitting exercise into any schedule. Many people know what they should be doing but they need help figuring out how to balance it all. You will leave this session feeling motivated to "just do it".

Q and A on H and F (Health and Fitness): There are more fitness myths out there than there are calculators to count them. This session helps to dispel the myths and direct participants away from quick fixes. You will learn why some things "work" and others do not. This session also contains an interactive Q & A session where participants can ask their own questions.
