Coached Cycling: Coached cycling is a totally new way of training. Similar in content to regular indoor spinning, coached cycling takes conditioning to a new level. This revolutionary method of training utilizes the athlete’s strength to "coach" them to a higher level of training. While other cardio training can make similar claims, Jill’s coached cycling also tests the athlete’s mental toughness. Many elite athlete’s find that they can accomplish almost any physical goal but are often limited by mental hurdles. Coached Cycling enables an athlete to learn to push past their mental barriers to achieve extreme levels of training.

Cycling is a non-impact, high intensity form of training like nothing else out there.
A typical 45-55 minute class consists of dynamic intervals and active recovery periods.
