Sean earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Clemson University.

B.A., Political Sciences, 1991

M.Ed., Counseling & Guidance Services, 1994

While at Clemson, he was a peer health educator, a resident assistant, and an orientation ambassador. He served in various positions at The Tiger, Clemson's student newspaper, and was also a DJ at WSBF FM.
Sean was honored by the South Carolina Press Association for his column writing.

Sean currently serves as Assistant Director of Residence Life for North & West Halls at Penn State's main campus at University Park.

Sean currently serves as advisor to the West Halls Residence Association and the Unitarian Universalist Students.

He has earned certificates from Penn State's Mastering Supervision Program and the Penn State Management Institute.

Sean has previously served as an Area Coordinator at Belmont Abbey College, Coordinator for Nittany Apartments, Administrative Coordinator for North Halls, Coordinator for Student & Corporate Services for the Smeal College of Business, and Area Coordinator for North Halls. He has previously served as advisor to Business Student Council, Business Roundtable, Business Fraternity Council, Phi Beta Lambda Business Fraternity, and Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity.

Sean has been honored with lifetime memberships to Phi Beta Lambda and the Nittany Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary, and received service awards from Belmont Abbey College and the Smeal College Business Roundtable.
