This is a well-known Bar-B-Q joint in Williamsburg, VA. Bar-B-Q, as any
good southerner knows, refers to a pulled-pork sandwich with red sauce.
Some Yankees try to use it as a verb, or as an event that you go to, but I
excuse their ignorance. They don't know better.
