MISSION STATEMENT

STATEMENT OF FAITH

Article1
We believe the Bible is verbally inspired by God, is inerrant in the original autographs, and is of supreme and final authority in faith and life.

Article 2
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Article 3
We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, and is true God, and true man.

Article 4
We believe that man was created in the image of God, that he sinned thus incurring not only physical death, but also that spiritual death which is separation from God; and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature and are sinners in word, thought and deed.

Article 5
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins as a sinless representative and substitutionary sacrifice, and that all who believe in Him are justified in the grounds of His shed blood.

Article 6
We believe in our Lord's resurrection, His ascension into Heaven, and His present life there as our High Priest and Advocate.

Article 7
We believe in the visible, personal return of Jesus Christ to earth and the establishment of His Kingdom.

Article 8
We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, and that all who believe in the Lord Jesus by faith alone are born from above and thereby become children of God. We believe that saving faith in Christ results in a Holy Spirit-led life, and that faith without works is dead.

Article 9
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust, the judgement and everlasting happiness of the saved in a literal Heaven, and the Judgement and everlasting conscious suffering of the lost in a literal hell.
