    Boclair 3rd VP; Kowal Joins Board

    Two more members of FAME join the decision-makers in college sports information. Vanderbilt's Tammy Boclair is on her way to the presidency and Texas' Barb Kowal becomes an at-large representative. Boclair and Kowal join Wisconsin's Tam Flarup, West Virginia's Shelly Poe and Ann King of the College of New Jersey on CoSIDA's board.
