inquires.
Administering human resources matters such as job postings, bids, referrals, leaves, education benefits, retirements, and terminations. Act as liaison with University offices to provide advice and counsel on University human resources related policies, laws, and regulations. Mediate, make recommendations, and resolve problems. Provide counsel, advice, and follow up on human resources related concerns, questions and issues. Responsible for custody of human resources files to assure confidentiality of records. Responsible for completion and submission of human resource papers, forms, and other records. Serve as Human Resources Representative on various committees and attend meetings. Research and gather background information; prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations. Ensure compliance with University Human Resource polices and procedures, equal opportunity guidelines, labor laws, welfare and safety regulations, and implementation of Affirmative Action program. Serve as Assistant Facilities Coordinator for the Division of Development and Alumni Relations, responsible for coordinating all facilities issues in the Division.
