Suggestions
in Printing PowerPoint Slides...
- To
prevent printing out one slide per page and wasting paper,
under "Print what" pull down to "Handouts"
and choose the number of slides per page.
- Review
the slides for detailed diagrams and charts and print selected
slides to a full page. Do this by choosing "Slides"
under "Print what." Choose print "Current
Slide" from under the "Print Range" to print
only the one slide.
