How to Upload a Photo into ANGEL
updated: September, 2007

Step 1:

Have a digital photo taken during the first class. (This photo will be cropped, sized, and emailed to you in your ANGEL email.)

If photos are not taken in the first class, then contact Julie Meyer, use email at bottom of page, to set up an appointment.

Or you can use your own digital photo that represents you.

Step 2: Download your photo from the ANGEL email.
(If this is the incorrect photo email Julie, in ANGEL, for the correct photo. You may also need to reschedule and have a new photo taken.)
  • To download your photo from the email, HOVER the mouse over the attatchment link, RIGHT click, (like in this image)
    Attatchments download guide
choose "save target as..." (for Internet Explorer), (Save link as for FireFox), from the window that appears, then save the photo to a location that can easily be found.
(These steps are written for PC users who are accessing ANGEL using Internet Explorer.)

  2. Click the "Personal Information Editor."
  3. Under the "Contact Settings," click "add" next to "Photo URL."
  4. Click "Browse" and find the location as to where you saved your photo. (You can use another photo if you have one, or if you have a photo uploaded into ANGEL, then you do not need to upload another photo.)
  5. Click "Upload Picture" to move it to the server.
  6. Click "Use Photo," if it is the right photo.
  7. Then choose "close."
