ANGEL Manual at PSGV...

     Submitting homework via a DropBox.
updated: August, 2009

  Naming Assignments:
First of all you will have to properly name your assignment. There should be a procedure explained at the beginning of class or mentioned in your syllabus as to how to properly name your assignments you will be submitting into dropboxes.

You should also take advantage and use headers and footers if you are using ANGEL to submit assignments. Make sure you number and place your name or your team's name on your assignments. This cuts down on confusion if assignments are going to be printed out in the future. This will place your name and page number on every page of your assignment.

Submitting Your Assignment:

Once you have properly named your assignment, you will need to locate the appropriate DropBox for the assignment. Keep in mind there is usually a new DropBox for each assignment. So, follow the directions in the assignment description to locate the appropriate DropBox to submit your assignment.

Drop Box

When you are in the DropBox for the assignment, click "Attachments" and locate the location where you have saved your assignment. You will also have to give it a "Title," you can incluce a "Message" (not needed and can be left blank, and then click "Submit" to turn your assignment in.

After you have clicked "Submit" the file you have submitted should appear in a table in this "DropBox." If it is not appearing, you mayb be experiencing a problem. Always keep a back up if this happens.

You should also practice keeping a back-up copy of your assignment. If something goes wrong in the upload process you can check with your teacher and submit the assignment again or in an alternative format.
