Polaris 2 campus website development project
  • Served as core developer for Polaris 2, sponsored by OVPCC (Drupal/PHP).
  • Interfaced with vendor and led the transition from a vendor-supported project to an internally-supported PSU project.
  • Wrote all documentation on configuration, workflow, and management of the Polaris 2 project code base.
  • Led the creation of a development team to support the project including on-boarding, training, and process communication.
  • Served as release manager for Polaris 2 project and documented the process. Transitioned that role to the eventual long-term release manager.
  • Primary contributor to on-going maintenance of code base including everything from bug fixes to feature requests, both front end and back end.
  • Served as technical representative on both core leadership team and campus web advisory board.

  • Built, maintained, and improved roughly a dozen web properties managed by IT Comm.
  • Documented IT Comm infrastructure and processes for site maintenance.
