VAL Download     beta version 0.4.1.
If you are running Windows 2000, you only need one file, VAL_W2K.zip.

This is a very large file - about 45 megabytes. A broadband internet connection may be needed to successfully download it.

If you are running Windows 98, Windows Me, or Windows XP, you will also need this file, SAPI4.zip (2.7 mb). Without this file VAL will be completely mute.

Please read the "READ1ST.TXT" file as soon as you extract the zip archives.

This section applies ONLY to beta testers who have previously run the full VAL installer:

End of slew detection algorithm changed. Should now work reliably under windy conditions.
