Since Penn State is kind enough to allow me my personal web

| I am a staff employee of PSU working for the Pennsylvania Technical
Assistance Program (PENNTAP). My area of expertise is addressing
Information Technology issues, Internet, Web Sites, Electronic Commerce,
and Search Engine Optimization.

In addition to being a full time staff employee of Penn State, I am also
taking courses of both personal and professional interest. The
