This inner axle appears to have been very hot at some point in time. More

investigation required. This side, the retaining pin for the inner ball was broken

in half (half is still in the ball, the other half stayed in the axle end luckily).

Closeup of the top right King Pin bearing race showing the indentations that

occur from not traveling through complete rotation like a wheel bearing, and

taking the pounding from the bumps in the road. All four had similar impressions.
