1 jigger Myers' dark rum
1 jigger Bacardi light or capt. Morgans' spiced rum
1/4 c. Sweet & sour mix
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. pina-colada mix
touch of grenadin


Duncan' doughnuts' Hazelnut Coffee Coolatta
1 cup cold coffee
1/2 cup international delight cinnamon hazelnut non-dairy creamer
1/4 cup international delight French vanilla non-dairy creamer
1 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in blender and serve cold.

Orange Julius (the best I've tried)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup water
1 egg white(from a large egg)
3/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
1 heaping cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender set on high for 15-30 sec. Makes 2 drinks

Snapple Iced Tea
(For all recipes)
2 quarts water
3 orange pekoe and pekoe cut a black tea blend.

Lemon;
3/4 cup sugar(or 1 16 oz. Bottle light corn syrup)
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp. Lemon juice

Diet lemon;
12 1 gram envelopes sweet n' low or equal
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp. Lemon juice

Orange;
3/4 cup sugar (or 1 16 oz. Bottle light corn syrup)
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/8 tsp. Orange extract

Strawberry;
3/4 cup sugar(or 1 16 oz. Bottle light corn syrup)
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. Strawberry extract

Cranberry;
3/4 cup sugar(or 1 16 oz. Bottle light corn syrup)
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
2 tbsp. Ocean spray cranberry juice-cocktail concentrate

For any of the flavors, boil the water in a large saucepan. When the water comes to a rapid boil, turn off the heat, put tea bags into water and cover. After tea has brewed about 1 hour pour sugar (or corn syrup) into a 2 qt. Pitcher, then add the tea. The tea should still be warm so the sugar or sweetener will dissolve easily. Add the flavoring ingredients(plus additional water if needed to bring the tea to the 2 qt. Line. Chill.

Swiss Miss Cocoa Mix
1 16 oz. Box nonfat dry milk
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
Sift all ingredients together 3 times. Store in a tightly sealed container, in a cool place. When ready to use stir a couple of heaping tbls, into hotwater.

Dish Water Punch
1 can pine apple juice
1/2 quart apple juice
1 pk. Grape kool-ade
2 Paks. Tutti frutti kool-ade
1 pk. Tropical punch kool-ade
1 1/2 Paks. Strawberry kool-ade
11 quarts water
Red food coloring.
Make sure all kool-ade are presweetened, 2 qt. Pkgs. Mix all dry mixes together. Add water and juices, and stir well. Add food color, until it looks drinkable. Without any food color, it looks like its name.

Raspberry Cordial
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1 quart raspberries
1/5th gin
3 quart glass containers
screw on tops
Make a simple syrup of sugar and water. Divide raspberries evenly in bottom of jars. Divide gin evenly in jars. Finish filling with hot water. Top tightly. In about a month you can sample (you can use with any berries)

Starbucks' Frappucino
1/2 cup fresh espresso
1 1/2 cups lowfat milk(2 percent)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp. Dry pectin(find in the supermarket by canning supplies)
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or covered container. Stir or shake until sugar is dissolved. Chill serve cold (To make mocha variety add a pinch of cocoa powder to mixture before combining.)

Berry Frost
3/4 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, slightly thawed
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 ice cube
In a blender at low speed blend all ingredients, until smooth and frothy.

Hard Rock Cafes' Orange Freeze
2 cups orange sherbet or sorbet
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup milk
1 sprig fresh spearmint
Put sherbet, juice, and milk in a blender, and blend for 15 sec. Or just until the sherbet is smooth. You may have to stop the blender and stir the sherbet a bit to help it combine. Pour the orange freeze into tall chilled glass. Place a sprig of spearmint in the top and serve immediately. The menu describes this as fresh squeezed o.j. and orange sherbet.

Ghoul-Ade (A Halloween Drink)
1 pkg. Grape unsweetened kool-ade
1 pkg. Orange unsweetened kool-ade
2 cups sugar
3 quarts cold water
1 quart chilled gingerale.
This will be as black as midnight, but delicious

Mix something yellow with something blue; orange juice and mountain dew are good for the yellow. Great bluedini kool-aid is good for the blue. You'll end up with a radioactive shade of green. If you're using a punch bowl try this: get some latex gloves, fill them with water or juice, freeze. Unmold carefully and float "disembodied" hands in a punch bowl. Dry ice and black lighting is a good effect, too.

Spiced Mocha Mix
1 1/2 cups non dairy creamer
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee granules, or crystals
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
In a large bowl or container combine all ingredients; mix well in tightly
sealed container.

Hot Vanilla
4 cups milk
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
ground cinnamon & cinnamon stick(garnish)
Heat milk in a saucepan over med. Heat or in a microwave until hot, not
boiling. Remover from heat and stir in honey and vanilla. Ladle into mugs. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir

Ice Cream Sodas
Black & White:
2 tbsp. Chocolate syrup
seltzer water
vanilla ice cream-1 scoop

Black Cow
1 tbsp. Chocolate syrup
root beer(cocoa cola makes a brown cow)
scoop vanilla ice cream(hold the whip cream)

Canary Island Special
2 tbsp. Vanilla syrup
seltzer water
scoop chocolate ice cream

Strawberry Soda
1/4 cup strawberry syrup
splash of milk
scoop vanilla or strawberry ice cream

Hoboken
1/2 cup pineapple syrup
splash of milk
seltzer water
scoop chocolate ice cream

Put 2 tbsp. Syrup in bottom of large tall glass. Add seltzer water, stirring as you pour, to within 2 inches of the lip of the glass. Add one large scoop of very firm ice cream, trying to get it to straddle the lip of the glass, yet still submerged in the seltzer to begin reacting with the bubbles to create a foamy head. Top all soda's with whip cream

Baileys' Irish Cream
1 cup whiskey
14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
1 cup half and half, or whipping cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
2 tsp. Instant coffee
3 tsp. Vanilla
1 pkt. Sweet and low
Mix in blender 1-2 min.

Tropical Tofu Berry Sundae
1 cup light vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
3" cube tofu
1 pkt.(1 gram) equal, or 2 tsp. Sugar
3/4 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
Put all ingredients, but berries in blender and blend until smooth. Add
berries and blend again until smoothie consistency is reached.
