While working the dough, it is important to keep in mind:
the thickness of the dough. Incorrect - The thickness of the dough is your preference.
the size of the grill grate. Correct - It is important that your dough will fit onto your grill grate.
the appetite of your guests. Incorrect - Although important, your grill grate size is more important when working the dough.
When grilling the 1st side of the pizza dough, you can tell that it is done:
when smoke is pouring out from under the grill cover. Incorrect - I think that only applies to hamburgers and hot dogs.
by pricking it with a fork. Incorrect - Don't pop the bubbles, either.
when the bottom is browned and the top is bubbly. Correct - The dough is done when the bottom is browned, and the top is bubbly.
