The dough that takes the most time to prepare, but is economical & very fresh is:
Frozen bread dough Correct - it is economical and very fresh
Pizza shop dough Incorrect - although it is fresh, its preparation is quick
Refrigerated dough Incorrect - although it is fresh, its the quickest and easiest preparation
You can tell that frozen bread dough is thawed and completely risen:
by waiting 5 hours Incorrect
if it has risen 1 inch above the rim of the pan Incorrect
by pressing a flour-dipped fingertip 1/2-inch deep into the dough Correct - if a dent remains, the dough is risen
