  Directions using frozen bread dough:

(Note: This takes the most amount of time to prepare, but is economical & very fresh.)

 

    Follow package directions - taken from Rich's Enriched White Bread Dough package:

bulletSpray an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch bread pan (or any baking pan) and a piece of plastic wrap with non-stick cooking spray

bulletPlace frozen bread loaf in pan and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Let set at room temperature for 1 1/2-2 hours to thaw or place in refrigerator overnight.

bulletLet dough rise at room temperature until 1-inch above top rim of pan or about double its thawed size (about 3-4 hours)

bulletTest with flour-dipped fingertip by pressing 1/2-inch deep into dough. If dent remains, dough is ready to prepare for grilling.

Directions using pizza shop pizza dough:

(Note: Quick & easy way to get fresh tasting dough. Not all pizza shops will sell you their dough.)

(Note: Quickest & easiest, but this dough will be very thin and more difficult to transfer back & forth to the grill.)
