I live in State College, Pennsylvania, in a 1950's era house with my partner Colette, our teenage daughters, Michelle and Lisa and an assortment of cats, dogs, lizards and fish.
I just started a new job in the Preservation Department of the Library System. I am in charge of the Collections Care area where my duties include project management, employee supervision, and digitization. I am exited about getting into this relatively new field and learning all I can about it.
When not at work, I am involved in soaring, a bit of exercise, and most important, parenting, with all that entails.
I have started training for my third 50 mile ultra marathon. So far we only have 2 individuals; we hope to get at least two more. Last year, our Standard Division Men's Open team, The High Five, finished in 7 hours, 7 minutes, 48 seconds.
