The Captain Tristan N. Aitken Memorial Citizenship Award
(CTNAMCA)


This award is presented by Centre County Christian Academy on behalf of the graduates of the class of 1990
in loving memory of Captain Tristan Aitken, United States Army, mortally wounded in combat entering
Bagdad, Iraq, April 4, 2003 during operation Iraqi Freedom for the liberation of Iraqi people.

The CTNAMCA is given to a graduating senior who best represents the high ideals of American citizenship
through involvement with their church, school, and community. The recipient receives a school medallion with a
red, white and blue loop neck ribbon, along with a cash gift, and their name and the date they receive
the award permanently engraved on the medallion and on a plaque displayed in the school's office.

The award is given at Centre County Christian Academy Commencement Exercise.
The CTAMCA is perpetuated by gifts from the class of 1990 and the friends and family of Captain Aitken.
