Text Box: Upon completion of the interviews and data collection, our team will analyze the findings and use the results to formulate and offer solutions for hotel organizations in the areas of work-life policies and programs.  We anticipate finding many opportunities to improve the balance of work and life for hotel teams by implementing programs that increase productivity, schedule flexibility, workplace morale and decrease unnecessary “face time”.  The outcomes of our research will be published and presented to industry leaders and professionals at conferences and conventions with the hopes of improving health and well-being balances in the demanding lives of hotel industry employees and managers and making a positive impact on hotels. We have been sharing some preliminary research findings with leaders of participating hotels and our advisory council.
