Selected Readings, No. 76

January 20, 2000

"In this Work, when it shall be found that much is omitted, let it not be forgotten that much likewise is performed." -- Samuel Johnson

Greetings! Selected Readings is compiled and edited by Kevin Berland, with the able assistance of the Volunteer Fire Brigade, viz., Erin Blake, Dick Claéssen, Bill Everdell, Jack Lynch, Dorothy Medlin, Benoît Melançon, Laura Rosenthal, Brijraj Singh, and A.J. Wright -- and of course the Man in the Funny Hat, the Deputy Simulacrum, the Operator of the Moderately Elegant Machines, and the Secret Admirer. This issue was made possible (perhaps even necessary) by the Department of Integrative Echolalia in the New Intangible College.

What kinds of things make it into the bibliography? Good question! Please see the explanations and caveats on the Selected Readings Modus Operandi Page.

Websites are indicated by the blue whirly thing -- -- at the beginning of the entry. All links given in this issue were operational on the publication date; if you're visiting in the future (relatively speaking) we cannot ensure the links will still be operational.

Contributions of new bibliographical materials are always welcome.

Please click on the Starting Point graphic above to vote for this page as a Starting Point "Hot Site." We're desperate for attention. Thanks.
