It's not that they make a profit, because that would be ridiculous, but that they don't make enough money to cover the money spent providing their service. It costs money to pay the cleaning services, building and book upkeeps, and the like. Subtract that from the revenue, and they should break even. Our point was that they wouldn't even do that in SL and that is why it was a waste of their money.

The Batman Begins movie was actually really kind of badass. It sort of harked back to the Animated Series age and played with a lot more of that time's storylines. It was really dark for a cartoon movie and I think it had to be censored in a couple areas. Make more posts about the Bat plz

I really wanted to bring the internet to my grandfather, but his stubbornness wouldn't yield. He still used a home set of encyclopedias, when a search could bring him boundless information in a nanosecond... It might be too late for the majority of that generation, but it's great to see one of its members adopt something this radically new.

OMG my BFF rose!!!!

Remember those commercials? They're kind of viral on the interwebs. I think texting could be hurting some demographics' writing, as in those who do it all the time. Of course AIM doesn't really enforce good grammar either. I think if a program could translate the basic shortcuts and common mispellings of texters into proper english before it reaches the other texter, then at least they'll absorb some better grammar, if not employ it themselves. Who knows

God I love our college. We get so much cool stuff! Wasn't there some event where students were allowed to go see that new van? I don't remember if it was a general thing or just an email from one of the clubs I signed up for and am inactive in. Still, knowing how to use that kind of equipment would be the most awesome thing to be able to put on a resume ever.
