The Networking League of America

Sometimes knowledge can give you power.  Today, knowledge made me feel like a geek, in a good warm and fuzzy way.  I was directed to an article in Networking World that decided to create the superheroes of networking.  I am currently in IST 220: Networking and Telecommunications, and I am a Batman fan.  Therefore, I had to check it out.  Here is one of the superheroes that I recognized:

These superheroes are known as the Unshielded Twisted Pair.  The reference here is to the popular transmission medium used in networking known as unshielded twisted pair cables and of course to the Wonder Twins.  While one of the rewards of knowledge might be power, another reward is humor.  The more you know, the better the chances that you will become an it-getter.
