No, not Victory over Japan, but vocal joystick! In a recent article in Hacked Gadgets, University of Wisconsin students and teachers are working on a vocal joystick that would allow the disabled to use a mouse or operate machinery through their voice. Check out this video to see how it works:
I think this is a significant step in making the Information Age available for everyone.
