Undergraduate Research Studies
During the Summer of 2009 I participated in two undergraduate research studies (one of which will be completed by the beginning of next year). Only one of the two undergraduate studies is summarized below:

| Research: | Privatization in Slovak and the Czech Republic after the Velvet Revolution (or Divorce) in 1993. Summarizing the method(s) (i.e., direct sales and/or vouchers) employed by both countries and their overall fairness and speed; with respect to their impact on society. Furthermore, the research focuses on the progress and effects of both privatization and liberalization on the telecommunications sector of both the Slovak and Czech Republic. The companies analyzed included; Slovak Telekom (formerly Slovenske Telekomunikacie) and Telefonica 02 C.R. (formerly Cesky Telecom; located in the Czech Republic). In addition to a list, compiled through my research, which summarizes both the organization's name and respective share (in percentage terms) of the strategic enterprises located in both countries. |
