I enjoy incorporating technology in my classroom lessons, especially when I know it will be beneficial to my students. I believe that when technology is used in appropriate ways, it can help them to learn the material. In what I have shown here, technology can be used as a tool for both the instructor and learners. I let the technology be a resource to the learners, but I also let them know that I, too, am a resource for them.

Technology makes it easier for instructors and learners to stay in touch, and for everyone to be active participants in his/her own education. Students can see their grades online, and can also have 24 hour access to class materials. Furthermore, they can communicate with each other in some activities and see how others are creating with the language. Moreover, by having online quizzes and homework, the students receive immediate feedback from which they can learn. They can see where their errors were, and can search for the correct answers on their own. However, if they need help, they know that I am also available to them.

All of this hopefully helps the learners to acquire the language, and to become proficient language users.
