Hello! My name is Rachel Ackerman, and I am a freshman music education major at Penn State University.  My primary instrument is voice, and I am a member of Concert Choir and Chamber Singers.  I am from Hazleton, PA.  I am a graduate of Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School, although I spent the majority of my education at Bishop Hafey Jr./Sr. High School before it was closed at the end of my junior year.  Although it was initially a hard transition, it was also a wonderful opportunity for me to grow and learn.
