  1. Giant and colossal magnetoresistance effect in magnetic oxide thin films, nanostructures, and magnetic tunnel junctions.
  2. Multiband effects in MgB2 superconductors.
  3. Exploring multiferroic phenomena in complex oxides.
  4. Thermoelectric effect in correlated electron systems, such as cobaltites.
