I was hired into this role as a part-time assistant, and through my work helped to evolve the role into what it is today. The highlights of my duties have included the following:
- Assist instructional design staff with the design and creation of new and revised World Campus courses
- Coordinate monthly meetings with Instructional Design Assistant staff, creating agendas and providing or securing training
- Provide training and instruction to colleagues, faculty and students of the World Campus
- Assist with the ongoing implementation of several online courses and programs, including iMBA, Adult Education, Turfgrass Managent and Special Education.
- Serve as Angel 7.1 Transition Leader, guiding World Campus instructional design staff and faculty through a major change in Penn State's Learning Management system.
