BIOGRAPHY CV/ Resume
I was born in Scotland but I grew up in Spain. Specifically, I was brought up in the east coast of Mallorca, one of the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean Sea. I graduated from the Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB) with a major in Filologia Inglesa, and studied abroad at the University of Texas at Austin taking courses in the Linguistics, Spanish and English departments. After graduation, I spent a year in the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, as a Foreign Language Assistant in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures before moving to The Pennsylvania State University where I am a Graduate Student in the Spanish Linguistics Program and a Spanish Instructor in the Spanish Basic Language Program.
