About
Description:
The Penn State Networking Club is a group organized to give students a chance to meet influential leaders from various businesses around PSU and the nation. Also, we give students a chance to meet current leaders on and off campus in order to learn about leadership, communication skills, and confidence. The club is designed to teach the importance and significance that networking can have for you through out your career and profession to matter what your major. Students are encouraged to reach out to the Penn State community and business community alike to network, and learn about careers after college.
The PSNC is a fast growing group of leaders at Penn State. The group is recognized by the Penn State Association of Student Activities and is listed under the Smeal College of Business. However, any student at Penn State University Park is able to join. In fact, over 50% of our 90+ members carry non-business or non-Smeal majors. In addition to bi-weekly meetings about networking, the club works with SmealConnect (social networking site), as well as other Penn State student run organizations.
