Customer Needs Analysis

In order to discover what needed to change on our toothbrush to make it an overall better product, we conducted a ten question survey with ten people. The questions included in the survey were based on overall toothbrush ideology, toothbrush usage, and toothbrush ergonomics. Once the interviewing was completed and our data gathering was finished we incorporated our findings into customer needs. From there we broke down the data into most important needs and secondary needs. The top answers of the customer needs interviews are shown in the table below.

What improvements could be made to the toothbrush to make it a better product?	Replacement heads and bristle cover.
	A quieter motor and easier switch.
	Removal of the soccer ball and the installment of a grip.
