I am a Senior Instructional Designer in the Education Technology Services (ETS) group at Penn State University.  

I have 17 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of e-learning. I received my Masters Degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University in 1993 and have been knee-deep in constantly evolving business of "e-learning" ever since.
