Basic Rhetorical Analysis

This assignment asked me to analyze a document, assess whether or not it exhibited the characteristics of successful technical writing, and suggest reasons for why the authors of the document made the choices that they did.  We were given three options, with regard to subjects of analysis.  I chose to write about the EPA Guide to Science Fair Fun.
