Avis au Public

Faire de la bonne cuisine demande un certain temps. Si on vous fait attendre, c’est pour mieux vous servir, et vous plaire.

Good cooking takes time. If you are made to wait, it is to serve you better, and to please you.

Does this relate to your previous post? Good-Fast-Cheap... If its Fast it's probably not both Good and Cheap.

RIght on. In a commercial organization, the motivation is on profit, so fast and cheap is priority. However, in education, quality is key. So if I have the choices, quick, cheap, or good. I'll take good every time.
