Matt Evans

Matt Evans is Assistant Professor of Political Science at Penn State University in Altoona. He has published books and articles on Government and Public Policy in the Middle East. His recent book, An Institutional Framework for Policymaking (Rowman & Littlefield 2007), examines the effect of informal institutions on policy implementation. He is also co-editor of an anthology entitled Reform and Democracy in Local Government of Countries in Transformation (2007). His research interest include electoral competition, political communication, regional planning and the environment.
