Information for Prospective Graduate Students Our lab welcomes student applicants with diverse backgrounds including: Physics, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science. All students interest in joining the lab should to apply through Penn State Graduate Admissions. Currently, we have a PhD student position for the structured polymer project. Research projects for PhD students: 1. Enyzme-stability and protein functionalization of structured polymers 2. Structured polymer-mediated nanoparticle assembly 3. Spatial and temporal controlled release of drugs by structured polymers 4. Novel dielectric coatings based on structured polymers 5. Computational modeling and theory of structured polymer growth Information for Prospective Postdoctoral Scholars A post-doctoral position is available in our lab We are seeking a highly qualified POLYMER CHEMIST to assist in the development and synthesis of the structured polymers. The candidate must possess a doctoral degree in chemistry or polymer science with lab experience. The candidate must have an excellent track record of original research, and the ability to work as part of a team.
